Clint is the Senior Vice President, Lending and Director of the group's mortgage broker, CareVest Capital Inc. Located in our Vancouver office, Clint is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and managing both new mortgage transactions and existing accounts in British Columbia and Alberta. Clint has over 25 years of experience in the real estate finance industry including direct lending, and mortgage brokerage involving all commercial real estate product types with an emphasis on land development and construction projects. Clint holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from the University of Manitoba with a major in finance.
